About Sacheta

  • SACHETA is an impact organization registered as a Trust in the year 2005 based at Salt Lake, Kolkata. 


  • Primarily into Supplementary education for children, SACHETA has grown over the years, engaging in various development programmes (like health drives, plantation drives, livelihood programmes and computer literacy drive) for holistic benefit of marginalized people in and around the Sunderbans and Kolkata   


  • In its endeavor to reach out to a wider cross section of people and replicate it’s ‘on the ground’ learnings, it has recently started to collaborate with likeminded institutions and associations.
